Hiring me as your birth doula means support throughout your pregnancy, birth and into postpartum! My goal is to help empower you to have the birth experience you’ll love.

  • We’ll start with an interview to cover your past experience, health history, pregnancy progress and the preferences you have for creating a birth experience you’ll love.

  • Hiring me as your birth doula means your due/guess date has been reserved for you. I will be on call and prepared to meet you at your home, hospital or birth center of choice to provide you with continuous support throughout your labor and delivery experience.

  • You made it! Within your fist six weeks postpartum I will visit you at home to check in on both you and baby, refer you to any local resources you may need and debrief your labor and delivery experience.

MY keys to preparing you for the birth you’ll love

    Nutrition, exercise, hydration, chiropractic care, pelvic floor care—all of the things! Take the time to be intentional with the ways you’re preparing your body before you get to the labor room.

  • education

    Take the time to learn about what to expect in each phase of pregnancy, labor and delivery. Seek to understand the innate mechanisms your body has to get you through.

  • inspiration

    You have to dig deep! What is your why behind the type of birth you desire? What life experiences can you draw from that will give you strength and motivation to persevere.
